Riley Whiting designed these clock hands in 1819 at Winchester (Winsted) Connecticut. 
These hands were also used on movements signed by the Lewis clockmakers in Ohio, A. Read & Co., and others. 
You are buying a pair of these style clock hands, painted black. You must fit them to your clock yourself. They can be fitted using a small square file.
